When our loved ones cross over, we experience loss, but all losses are not created equal, and we all have the right to deal with it differently. Gemma shares her own experience with a recent loss from the perspective of someone with an energetic gift. We also discuss the importance of  "checking in with ourselves" to determine what experience we are actually having in the moment vs one we think we are supposed to be having in order to keep up with societal norms and/or try to stay connected to those who are no longer with us here in the physical world.  ALL ABOARD!
