Despite being a "cradle Catholic" (someone born into the Roman Catholic Church and honoring her religion, she describes herself as "the most liberal Catholic you'll ever meet" and relies on science in her advocacy work. Cathy embodies the notion that faith and reproductive justice can coexist.
