In this 10 Minutes of Magic Episode we dive into 'Aparigraha' - the last of the Yoga Yamas.
Aparigraha translates as 'Non-Attachment'. There is a lot of fear surrounding the collective at the moment. Do we actually have control over the things we thought we could control? What even is 'normal'? What are we collectively evolving into? Have I been living the way I truly want to? What do I truly want out of life?
