Part 2 of this series is all about actually doing the work in order to gain trust in ourselves. Trust is earned. How can you trust yourself if you haven't given yourself enough reasons to do so? Showing up for ourselves daily in an authentic way is what will allow us to create trust in our abilities, desires, and goals. We also discuss what sort of patterns in the way of showing up actually break our trust.
