My podcast centers on my lyrics, guitar and philosophy. The rough, demo music is written at the time of the podcast.
I have a BA in psychology. I fought through challenges in mental health to become a licensed electrician and successful foreman. Later, I published scientific research on "Effective Self-management Strategies" in mental health, working with academics and healthcare. I currently work in support of people who have diverse personal challenges. I have won nine championships as a coach for kids' baseball. I present strategies and stories for mental health across Canada. Peace.
