PORCINI, Castel d'Ardonasoundwork produced for Lumpen Station connexions room, june 2022W. Porcini consists in a sonic entity unfolding throughout bodies, artefacts, architectures and emotional implications. Together with sporadical allies, the novice, the factotum and the composer regularly meet in peculiar locations to set up ambiguous performances, for ambiguous, often more than human, audiences.  Embracing tragical optimism and ecstatic pessimism a weekly archive of live recordings is being created. For Lumpen Connexions Porcini produced a sound work compiling extracts recorded during a stormy voyage towards the mythological location of Castel d’Ardona.
