Digital Equity Advisor Ji Soo Song, from the <a href="https://tech.ed.gov/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferer nofollow">U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Educational Technology</a>, walks us through the <a href="http://tech.ed.gov/NETP" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferer nofollow">National Educational Technology Plan, or NETP</a>. Ji Soo discusses the three Digital Divides—Use, Design, and Access—and how more than a thousand people came together to help develop this plan, which supports the work that educators do in classrooms every day.
