Everyone needs a second chance or a second second chance and this chance is to begin again in this episode we talked about my weight loss journey and we also talked about beginning again with Clarity I've had some issues with not being as clear in my head as I would like to so I I am fasting for clarity a part of it is because I do want to lose weight but a big part of it is more so that I need Clarity and I feel like I've been cluttered in my brain so I'm allowing myself to be declutter a spring cleaning of the mind if you will
