Shalom my fellow loveseeds, I have made this short episode on a subject that has been a very evident life lesson for me the past couple of weeks. In order for us to find harmony in our lives we must find a balance. Through finding balance comes alignment with a clear path to our creator and our souls mission. We are living in a society built on distractions and escapisms where living in the present moment is something that not many people do anymore. We must find an equilibrium and detach from the system.
