We have been conditioned to guilt, shame, and reject the notion of rest and recovery.
To no fault of our own, we consistently push ourselves to cross the world’s forever moving finish line; unconsciously disconnecting from ourselves.
“To do nothing” essentially means to surrender to the authentic self; we achieve this by cultivating intentional mindful daily practices. In order to create an abundant existence, we must take intentional action and meet God halfway;
“God helps those that help themselves.”
Do nothing and do everything God always intended for you to do in this realm.
