This post is about peeling off habitual masks, and having the courage to be authentic. It is also about discovering who you really are, and accepting what you like, and what you 
don't like about yourself.

This podcast is about growth and personal development. It originally began as a blog, however my goal is to communicate this information to as many audiences as possible. We are living in a time of great change, and I believe that many more individuals are beginning to seek for answers in a multitude of new ways. Ultimately, answers philosophical in nature come from within.
