Today we sit down and have a conversation with North Carolina State University great Tremayne Stephens about transitioning.
Tremayne graduated from North Carolina State University, where he was a four-year starter at running back for the Wolfpack, where he amassed 3,553 yds rushing with 23 touchdowns. He still ranks third among all running-back in NC State history in yards rushing, touchdowns, and 100-yard games (18).
After college, he signed as a free agent to The San Diego Chargers. He played there two years as the back-up running back to Natrone Means before being traded to the Indianapolis Colts, where he spent a year.
Following his NFL career, he started a multipurpose sport/fitness facility in 2009 called Athletic Development Systems (ADS) and has flourished in the industry. He has sent over 450 athletes to play college sports, and over 40 have gone on to play professionally in their respective sports fields. With programs for all sports, adult fitness classes, gym memberships, and more. Athletic Development System is becoming a leader in the fitness industry.
Tremayne's Instagram account has over 100k followers with a worldwide following. People tune in from countries such as Brazil, Paris, and Australia to name a few for his online "Total Body Fitness" class.
