Using his powers, and a demonstration of his rather unique abilities,
Anansi manages to convince the employees of the Sudbury Neutrino
observatory that they need to help him if they want to live. Preparing
them as best he can, he takes the elevator back to the surface, where
the other gods await. They return, to face the ramshackle saviours of humanity.
