Noah Cohan joins Loss Aversion! Noah is a lecturer at Washington University in St. Louis and the author of We Average Unbeautiful Watchers: Fan Narratives and the Reading of American Sports. Noah is, quite frankly, an expert on sports fandom. In this episode, Noah and Nathaniel discuss all things sports fandom, including Noah's new book, athlete activism, and his own fandom and the teams that he loves (or hates).

Noah's book is available here from the University of Nebraska Press, or on Amazon: https://www.nebraskapress.unl.edu/nebraska/9780803295940/

**Trigger Warning**

This episode contains discussion of suicide. This discussion occurs during Noah's description of his own fandom (or lack thereof) of the NFL and the impacts of CTE on former players.
