In this episode, I continue my discussion of racism.  Specifically, I share my perspectives on a term we hear often - White Privilege.  That term tends to evoke an array of emotions, from anger to guilt to resignation to denial.  Too often, the mere mention of it disrupts the flow of communications and becomes a barrier to racial understanding . Hopefully, after listening to this episode, you will experience an "Aha" moment (s) that will result in a different view of White Privilege.
