Microdosing & Plant Medicine Won't Fix You

Why am I talking about this?

It's because I see/hear SO many misconceptions out there about what microdosing with sacred plants, as well as macro dosing (aka heroic dosing)will do or won't do for you

Ask not what the plant medicine and microdosing can do for you :-)

It's what you DO and how you BE with the medicine AND what you take action on of that learning, that is the question!

BEING that change is EMBODYING fully what you are learning

How does one integrate what the plants are teaching you?

What does integration even mean really?

Oxford dictionary says, to integrate means to:  combine (one thing) with another so that they become a whole.

THAT is a huge misconception about how to work with these sacred plants.

So much can come up for you, so much wisdom - but what you DO with it and APPLY it in your life ( by making small, sustainable changes) is where the magic is.

And are you aware enough for that shift to fully happen?

If you aren't processing the wisdom you receive with at least ONE other tool/support option, you can waste a lot of time and money, even causing more trauma, without the ability to process it

I wasted a lot of time and money without knowing this information!

Before you go this path, please do more research and consider what other tools or support you will COMBINE with plant medicine in order to find yourself in wholeness and healing with these sacred plants
