On this episode I'm joined by Factor-Inwentash School of Social Work alumna Jeahlisa Bridgeman as we explore what "care" is and how we can care for ourselves and others, particularly in these times.

JEAHLISA BRIDGEMAN

Jeahlisa Bridgeman is a Registered Social Worker who holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Toronto. Over the years, Jeahlisa has worked and volunteered in a variety of community settings. However, most of her recent experience has been within the healthcare field where she has supported and advocated for individuals living with chronic illness and comorbid mental health needs. Her practice is grounded in equity, inclusion, anti-racism, and cultural sensitivity. She is passionate about holding space for individuals who are experiencing difficult transitions and various life changes.
