Welcome back to the living in Service Podcast, episode 3! It's been a pleasure so far to be bringing you these episodes and I apologies for the delays on this episode. I've been navigating this new responsibility of having these conversations and I aim and intend for them to be of the highest quality packed with information that is of value and service to you and your journey. This conversation was no exception.
Steven J Todd has led a life of many adversities that we all probably face, to some degree. Some more than others and some would say not as many as others. Regardless, he was left with wounds and battle scars that he got proficient at covering up or by masking them by other means. He wasn't even aware of his contraction, however due to his fate, karma or plain 'luck', Steven began the journey of understanding and overcoming the traumas and adversities of his life that he was faced with.
The journey he has ben led on is fill of wisdom, conflict, overcoming adversity and looking at one's self reflection, deeply and honestly.
Steven shares what he has learnt, the grace of surrendering, the process of healing and the never ending journey of betterment.
Enjoy the conversation and I truly hope you can take some value from it.

Welcome back to the new episode of Living In Service.
It feels so good to be bringing you this conversation, as it is with someone who has really helped me personally on my journey to greater wellbeing and given me tools to better understand nutrition and how important it is, the food we feed our bodies.
Annelies Grimshaw is a nutritionist who specialises in sports nutrition, family health, hormonal imbalances. In general she works with people who are willing to create lasting change in their life. The conversation with her was really engaging and gave a lot of insight in the area of health and food and how we can best approach and create differences in our own lifestyles to live a better, fuller life.
She touched on many topics ranging from, insulin resistance, fat adaptation, fasting, recovery, sleep and much more. I was really impressed with her wealth of knowledge and how she approached all the questions I had for her and felt she at least able to get across the importance of diet and how to better approach better living!
I look forward to our next chat and what more research and information she can give us for our next chat!
Thanks for taking the time to listen and don't forget to share and like through all podcast platforms.
Love you all and see you next time.

Welcome all beautiful soul's, welcome to episode 1 of the Living In Service Podcast.
In the debut podcast episode I sit down with friend, musician, spiritual seeker, liver of love, advocate of love, Mezmure Tekeste. We explore the depths of suffering, what it mean's to live in love and service, self expression, learning to forgive yourself and plenty more.
It's been on my agenda for a couple years now to start a podcast, so it feels great to finally have this out in the world. For whatever reason I was so complacent and in quiet a heap of insecurity on releasing a podcast, so I found that more a reason to step into the discomfort and embrace this new pursuit. Im so glad and thrilled to have this first episode complete and I look forward to sharing more episodes and amazing guest's to further your endeavour to becoming a better human being, a better soul, a more understanding, empathetic and conscious being. I for one hope for this every day and strive to be better than I was yesterday and remember to love myself in all the moments where I fell short or wasn't truly living up to my values.
On the audio side, this wasn't the cleanest most polished of audios, but I knew it was necessary to get the ball rolling and release this regardless. I spent close to 10 hours working this audio because in my ineptitude i recording only one mic in Mez and I's conversation meaning I had to go through every section and alter every level to get some semblance of a clean and audio rich interview. I also realise Im not the most silent of host's so this will be improved on and bettered as I continue down this path and become some-what sufficient at hosting interviews.
Lastly, my plan is to release an episode once a month for the time being, but can already sense this will raise in frequency as I go along. My aim is to create a show that look's at the beauty of being a human, the wonder's of life, art, music, nature, how to become a more loving human, how to become more driven and aware , how to live in your deepest purpose and how to live more in service to the world.
Don't forget to share and like this on iTunes and share on your social media accounts, also don't hesitate to reach out for any tips, guest recommendations or if your feeling like sharing how much you enjoyed (or didn't) the podcast.
Love you all and see you next time!
