This podcast is about our journey through anxiety and depression.  We will also cover family and life issues.  Our goal is to give tools and share experiences that will hopefully help people walk in freedom.  Anxiety doesn't have to be a crippling thing in your life; you can learn how to manage yourself through panic attacks and social anxiety just by learning some helpful tools that will help you in anxious moments.  We are believing that our story will help many people.
