If we're being honest, don't people drive you crazy? The way they talk, or don't talk, the way they do or don't check in with you, or even how they communicate at work, so annoying!
We all get annoyed at how people do and don't behave but this often comes down to our own individual personality types and it's not always the healthiest behaviors.
Today we're looking at each type and what's going on internally so that we can understand other better. When we gain understanding and can learn about this differences, we start to empower differences rather than try to change one another!
