Studies have shown that a good, hearty laugh is a great antidote for  stress and tension; ramps up the immune system,  helps prevent heart attack and stroke, Laughter and humor creates a happy hour cocktail of dopamine, serotonin, and endorphins in your brain inducing euphoria which can help decrease pain, stress and a positively pleasant mood. Laughter is even great exercise for the body, soul, and spirit as well as our countenance.  It's wonderfully contagious and can have a positive effect on an entire group of people.
