Hello Sevyn. Forgiveness is a hard decision but a choice that is always worth it for healing and peace of mind. Mostly after asking for forgiveness, we forget to forgive ourselves or even move on. Others intentionally punish themselves because of the wrongs they have done. Pills of Forgiveness are hard to swallow but the healing effect is worth it.
