Carolin Schroeder is a stage manager and arts administrator, born in Germany and now calling Winnipeg home. She's worked with RMTC, Dry Cold Productions, the Winnipeg Fringe Festival, Rainbow Stage and the Royal Winnipeg Ballet school, just to name a few.

Carolin stage-managed our spring co-production of The Perfect Man with Winnipeg Studio Theatre and the Gargoyle Players at The Gargoyle Theatre, which ran from May 6-17, 2026.
