In our final episode of 2019 (!), we interview teacher Heather Campbell, a second-career teacher who has experienced three different schools and three different leaders.  The leaders have had strengths and weaknesses, but Heather has learned some little things her principals do that make her work easier and more do-able.  We learn what those little things are today.
