Every time I meet another person who likes to golf, it seems like we connect faster. I hope Drew Holcomb and I hit the links someday. We definitely drove it down the center on a bunch of his songs and "other" important topics in this conversation. And Drew has such a casual way of confronting stuff that he's obviously done a thoroughgoing through...and I would say he's waxing poetic with his lyrics. With his words. Though I'm pretty sure he'd never say that about himself. Ah, yes, that's what I loved about Drew...his humility. Yep, that's it. Never a moment when he seemed put off. ...I sure hope we tee it up.
