Just like a child, you are still imagining who you are.

That's right! As stuck as we feel sometimes, whether it be a habit, personality trait, or perceived limitation, the truth of the matter is that we are the creators of our identity.

What we claim to be, we are. So if something feels "true" about you, it's likely because you've practiced it over and over again!

But what might our inner child teach us about life? In this episode, I discuss the playful and open minded approach that all of us at one point had towards life and the benefits of remembering this is who we really are.
