Did you set resolutions for yourself?? If so, do you have a plan of action to stick with them?! Emily's Resolutions: 1.) Implementation before consumption. Actually putting into action things I learn IMMEDIATELY before I continue to learn additional info. 2.) Money mindset. Being resourceful. Finding ways to make more money versus always cutting things from my spending to afford other things. 3.) Trusting myself. I know more than I give myself credit for. Not waiting until I know everything to take action! Tip: Invest in your resolutions!! Kim's Resolutions: 1.) Eat more whole foods & less processed foods. Prepare food at home instead of buying packaged foods. 2.) Eat more intuitively. Really think before I eat; am I hungry or am I really just thirsty or tired? 3.) Change my money mindset. Work with a coach to understand my current situation & money belief systems & determine what I need to do to change it to have a healthier view of money.
