Hey guys! I did something slightly different today. I recorded this podcast while I was filming a YouTube video. I would love to be here for any and all of you that are struggling. Good Morning World

I am a busy mom on the go trying to juggle the world like the rest of you out there. I will be graduating from Sacramento State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology this year! Here on the show, I like to bring up topics that I find intriguing and apply what I know to be verifiable from past/current research, observations, and life experience to everyday challenges that hold us back from our full potential. I am not conducting therapy here or making any claims, but rather seek to assist in provoking thought and healthy conversation.
