I am a busy mom on the go trying to juggle the world like the rest of you out there. I will be graduating from Sacramento State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology this year! Here on the show, I like to bring up topics that I find intriguing and apply what I know to be verifiable from past/current research, observations, and life experience to everyday challenges that hold us back from our full potential.
