1 John 2:3-6 Christianity is not just knowing about God or knowing certain doctrines or following certain moral precepts. Christianity at its heart is, knowing God personally through Jesus Christ, who revealed The Father to us. You either know God or you don't. There's no in between. However, many Christians 'assume' that they 'know' God because they possess a wealth of doctrines and are faithful in church attendance / serving. As far as the devil is concern, you can live in the church, but you don't have to live in Christ.Before we exclaim with surety that we know God, listen on and search our own hearts. Come honestly before God. No pretense. We can lie to others, to ourselves but we can never lie to God.God has one desire. That you may truly know Him.
