Just a little mental model I like to walk myself through in times when I tell myself I'm "working my a** off."

A lot of the time we are too hard on ourselves. Other times, we may give ourselves too much credit. You may be doing under the required amount of work and still letting yourself slip, by saying you're "working hard."This is just what I have found in my own experience.
