Every single person on the earth has needs. Needs in the body, spiritual needs, and soul needs. In this episode, I share the importance of acknowledging and validating the needs of our souls. From emotions, memories, and situations that bring pain, we all are faced with the choice of what to do when our hearts are hurting. I want to encourage you to tend to the needs of your heart and learn to walk in wholeness in your soul.
