Ron and Matt have the talk that needed to be had. 

After years of experimentation, education, and coaching, it is evident that there are a few key factors affecting people the most in whether or not they will be successful and healthy.

Those factors are:

  • Over consumption of carbohydrates 
  • Toxic (negative) social environments 
  • Too many options for quick and easy solutions
  • Lack of discipline
