We are live with Quazance Boissoneau, Acting Manager at Indigenous  Education & Engagement, digital content creator Elliot Stickle  (@Stckle) and First Year Experience leaders Sammie Kang (@Sammie.Kang)  and Fatma Amiri (@fatmaamirii) to talk about our mental health and  overall experience these last few weeks.  

Your health and wellbeing is our number one priority and so here are  some friendly reminders for folks listening and watching:  

1- To help stop the spread of COVID-19, please continue practicing  physical distancing and wearing a mask if you’re able.
