I keep wanting to talk about why i started training MMA back in 2009, I was the victim of rape in the middle of a deployment in Iraq. When I first started training it was simply to learn to better defend myself , followed by years of therapy to unpack the mental trauma of it all. I'm finally able to talk about it like this and this is the beginning of that story. Thanks for listening and ill see you all next Tuesday.
