At the core of my being is truth. I have endured much pain and learned to stare it down.  Between us, we will dig into the stories, lessons, and tools of our lives. We're all in this thing together so let's take a look at our current reality and try to figure out where to go from here. My need to help comes from watching my mom try to survive as a homeless bag lady on the streets of Baltimore city for over a decade after being released from the mental hospital that took her from us when I was five. As a former drug addict, junkie, high school dropout, professional athlete, and global corporate business executive, I've seen a thing or three. This is not about me, this is about us.
