Sometimes I feel scared to be myself cuz Im aferad if I get bullied of being les 😢
I really love his voice! Well done and interesting stories.
Host does a lot of filler
Love the episodes once the host stops spending 5+ minutes every episode to make it longer and waste time. He spends half an episode rambling before getting to the topic ever single time

HRC and Covid19
This review is particularly about the very last episode concerning HRC’s response to Covid19. The narrator is not taking into account the wide variety of circumstances LGBTQ+ people live. First, it is HRC’s job to put out a response. Second, critiquing this statement from HRC is only further hurting our community. It’s possible that in your opinion these statistics are click bait, but if they’re a reality even for one person, then it applies. LGBTQ+ youth go to school everyday and for some of them it’s their only escape from the gate of their own homes. So to say that there isn't a difference quarantining in that space from being there a few hours each evening before you go to bed is an egregious oversight. It’s very different. Ironically, the narrator was grasping at anything in order to critique this statement and is furthering the divide.
I’m bi and this really helped me get a new grasp on things.
Necessary to say
This podcast provides a necessary service to the LGBTQ community!
I love the voice!
The narration is good! And I love the podcast. Keep making more. #PumpkinPossy
This is the best LGBT podcast ever!!
Keep on discovering
Thank you Niko for sharing your story. Your openness to discovering yourself, to becoming ...it is powerful. It opened my heart to seeing how unfriendly the world is to many.
Really great for anyone who wants hope and inspiration.
Life changing and educational
Storytelling teaching, learning from others experiences. I’m proud of you Kevin for putting this together and continuing to put the hard work in to it, thanks for being patient with storytellers as it’s a very hard thing to open and variable in these ways. Thanks to all who have shared!
Positive and Uplifting Stories
I was introduced to this podcast recently, and quickly became in love with the stories shared. I love how the stories are told in such a way that I always get something positive out of it. This podcast is an excellent resource to become acquainted with a fraction of the many members of the LGBTQ community who are making a difference in this world. Love this podcast!
Love This Podcast
I don’t ordinarily comment on the many Podcasts that I listen to, but I felt compelled to comment today. It’s Thanksgiving and as I sit in my home thinking about all that I am thankful for, I listened to today’s episode. I think Kevin does an amazing job capturing the spirit of our community and I am very thankful that I get to listen to him each week. This podcast and the stories that Kevin brings to us each week makes me feel more connected to the community that I love so much. Thank you for the great work that you do and for giving us something to be thankful for every week! Alan Crews ~ Daytona Beach, FL
Stirrings in the Closet
Falling in love with a friend of mine has brought of flood of memories of unrequited love for women and sent me looking for a podcast on bisexuality. At over 40, I've got a lot of internalized homophobia holding me back. But I also know I need to be more seem to survive and I can't be seen if I don't accept myself. LGBT Stories is opening a whole new world of possibility to me - validating my decision to stay closeted, helping me see my own struggle in others' stories, and giving me a warm and gentle welcome into the LGBT community. Kevin is so warm, authentic, and approachable and the stories he shared are so relatable and real. Thank you, thank you!
Thank you - From LGBT Stories
We want to thank you all for supporting LGBT Stories! You are all amazing and so full of light! Couldn’t do this without you.
The background music is too much.
Trying to listen to this, but that “inspirational” background music is TOO much. Just talk, and tell the story.
Where’s the Q?
Great podcast, but where is the Q?
Just listening to them talk about there past encounters with being gay really helps anti-gay people truly understand us as people that we still are human. I love this podcast and highly recommend it to anyone in between.
Incredible Podcast, urge all to listen!!
Listen to this Podcast NOW
It was an honor to be on this fabulous podcast and have Kevin allow me the space to tell my story. And to see the way me telling my story and being authentic has helped people all over the world. I’ve been getting DM’s giving me life! As an LGBTQ person it’s so powerful to have our own space to be ourselves :)! I’m so blessed to be living my best life and this episode reminded me how far I’ve come! What an honor. Thanks again for having me as a guest! This podcast was really good I related to what she was saying and felt the same thing when I was sort from her but now I’m over that beach
Already love this
I appreciate this so much. I am not LGBT but it helps me listen, hear, sympathize, feel, understand SO many things about it and about these people who share their very personal stories. It helps open my eyes and heart and learn to accept people for just the way they are.
