This is the first episode of 2023!!! We have a new format, 30 minutes (ish) and new music for the beginning and end of the show.  This may be a new year, but I am still calling out the BS and bringing you the topics that YOU want to hear! Message me to share your ideas and I may incorporate them into the next episode. 

This episode I will be talking about the family we were born into verses the chosen people that we keep close and have become our NEW family. 

I also discuss my grandfather Col. Carl R. Abrams, USAF Ret, JAG, and his passing on January 5th, 2023. This episode is dedicated to his memory and the way he allowed me to be the person I am and encouraged me by now discouraging me.
