Many people would have you believe that sustainability is a profession separate from all others. That there are special skills one needs to learn in order to become a sustainability expert. That sustainability products are additional to the products and services you buy every day.Not so.The sustainability of an organization is the whole organization, not just the responsibility of the sustainability department. In essence, we need sustainability accountants, lawyers, plumbers, electricians, marketeers, purchasing agents, and so on. Every job is a sustainability job. At Levers of Exchange, we help individuals embrace and enhance their existing abilities to make the sustainability changes that they want.
