She is a friendly, warm and caring person who always makes sure you feel relaxed when talking through any concerns you may have. She believes that it is important to listen and value you in a non-judgemental way, allowing you to explore what’s going on for yourself and allowing you to get the best out of your own process in a confidential space. She is an Accredited NCS, MBACP Counsellor and fully qualified Clinical Supervisor, who holds an enhanced DBS and she is able to offer short, medium and long term therapy.
