Hello all. Welcome to my first ever episode. For the intro I introduced myself and talked about what kind of topics I will establish on this podcast, and how to reach out to me if you ever want to request a topic or send me your thoughts or give me an input. There's one thing I forgot to mention that is sometimes I will be talking about mental health as well.
