Hi ladies, Rach, Ro and Tori here!  We’re three coaches from Barbell Babes Brigade, a Melbourne based strength facility for women who love to lift.

We believe that every women deserves to explore her strength and that’s exactly why we do what we do! We love seeing women lifting, challenging themselves and enjoying the process. 

This podcast will explore all the conversations we have with our ladies on a regular basis. Training protocols, powerlifting prep, women’s health and everything in between.  Our conversations will have us tackling these topics with a relatable twist.
