On December 26, 1996, one of the nation’s highest-profile unsolved murder started. The body of JonBenet Ramsey was found inside her home after her parents claimed to find a ransom note demanding $118,000 from a “small foreign faction”. Boulder, Colorado law enforcement as well as the Denver FBI took on the case, trying to find out why someone would harm the 6 year old pageant princess. Her entire family were under intense public scrutiny, but it is still unclear if they were actually involved, or if an intruder played a part in the crime.
