Let’s Run Girls is a social community of women who are passionate about sharing their love of running with other women. No-one is born being able to run, we appreciate it is not easy and we want to support you to get started and stay motivated. 

Join Dani, the Founder of Let’s Run Girls along with other run leaders and guests as they discuss all things running-related from sports bras to pelvic floors, shin splints to runner's high and hopefully somewhere along the way, you will be inspired to lace up your trainers too.
