Ben O'Donnell takes you through a journey as he talks about his recovery from COVID-19 that had him on life support (ECMO) in the ICU to completing Ironman Triathlons again.  He talks about mindset and how he got to where he is now.  These episodes are short (3-8 minutes) and are usually done during a workout as he trains for another race.
