In this episode Kristin and Tessa share a few different ways to process hard emotions after getting cheated on, that aren’t journaling and meditation. We had a listener reach out and say that journaling and meditation are the main recommendations she can find and that she is not able to connect with herself that way.
Through a little therapy session with each other we came up with several alternatives that may help you process those hard emotions in a different way and start healing and letting go of those hard emotions you face after betrayal.
