Mark Benavides is a local city worker. He was born and raised in Lakewood California and now resides in the OC. He is a husband to a beautiful wife and a father to two kids. Mark talks about his journey as a parent of a special needs child, finding philosophy, and questioning why God allows certain things to happen to innocent children.
