Briefly, I’m talking about PTSD and what it is like when your partner/spouse is experiencing this. A short, quick summary of my personal situation to open the door for more episodes.

New Beginnings

Understanding the differences between invisible and visible disabilities and how they affect the lives of everyday people. I will be coming from my own experiences living with several- depression, anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Epilepsy, and Multiple Sclerosis. The degree of each of these is interesting and worth exploring. I want to show everyone they have a story and it’s okay to tell it. You are seen and I see you. We see you. I will also be tackling some relationship issues as it’s sometimes impacted because of my mental and emotional health.
