My awesome guest today is Lou, a DV survivor, leaving 5 years ago after a 10 year relationship, she now has created a non profit organization, Miracle Mums Movement where they will hold womens hands to navigate and support them after they have already left the abuse and help them navigate the post separation phase towards healing.
