• Entering the job market after living abroad - the process of gaining  employment (over vs under qualified), settling for a job or creating a  career? - are we being admitted because of our merits or connections? Or  a bit of both? 

• Relevance - Popularity vs Influence vs Impact - overlooking persons  who might be influential and impactful because they aren’t popular,  giving fair chances across the board to scout and develop new talent.  What are we being influenced to do?
